Customers who are not satisfied with the ordered products may return the goods at their own expense within the legally prescribed period. The deadline for returning the goods is 30 days from the day the buyer acquires possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Provider will withhold the refund of payments received until the returned goods have been received or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent back. The Provider will refund the Buyer the full purchase amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer only covers the costs of returning the goods. The provisions of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act apply to the return of goods. We only consider the return if the returned goods are in the original, undamaged packaging together with the accompanying documentation. Unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if the diminished value is the result of conduct that is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Refunds are made to the buyer&#039;s bank account. Returning the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. We will use your personal data exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the order and for other necessary communication.
